Operations first, analyst second — in that order, on purpose.
Pro-Log Inc, New Iberia, Louisiana — 17 years as asset manager, technical consultant, and fluid engineer, including cooperative work with and for major operators and service companies, from worldwide enterprises to one-desk shops. I ran the records those operations billed on: field inventory, purchasing, compliance dates, accounts receivable — and built the databases that held them when the company's systems didn't.
Before that, seven years as a journeyman carpenter and seven years in restaurant management — the last of it at Pete's on Johnston in Lafayette, which is where the bartending stories come from.
Education: Associate of Applied Technology in Industrial Electronics Technology, Louisiana Technical College, Lafayette — honors, first in class, zero absences, commencement speaker. Google Data Analytics coursework in progress; Power BI (PL-300) is the path I'm walking now.
The short version of the last few years is the one I put on Facebook: Starting all over again, again! The long version is that the work on this site — FleetSheet, the dashboards, the case studies — is what starting over produced. Lafayette is home. The family land on the Blanco River at Wimberley, Texas, is the other home, and the long-term plan still ends there.
